- We only provide exchanges and no refunds.
- In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in the required size or is different, you can initiate the exchange process, this must be done within 3 days of receiving the order. Alternatively, you can also e-mail us on email@example.com and we will be happy to process the exchange.
- Your request for exchange should be received within 3 days and your dress/outfit should be received within 7 days.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
– We do not provide a refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
Following product categories fall under “No Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.
- Any type of customised order (Colour, size, design etc)
Eligibility for Successful Return/Exchange:
- The product must be sent out from the customers end with the original brand label, article number, un-detached price tag and complete packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.
- Only those items are exchanged that has some manufacturing defect or is completely different from what was ordered.
- Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
