Points to remember for Return:
- Exchange request need to be within 2 days of the delivery of product.
- All items purchased from The Figureout (except for accessories) can be exchanged.
- All exchanged items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- Exchanged items must be with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot.
- In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the exchange request is raised.
- Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped exchanged, please use a reliable courier service.
- In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to THEFIGUREOUT.COM. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code.
- Accessories product category fall under “No Return/Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.
- Once a product is exchanged, unfortunately we can’t offer you second time exchange for the product.
- Please note that items on sale are non-exchangeable.
